Blood Withdrawal/ Refresher Class - LVN, RN, Student, MA, Technician
Appropriate for clinician new to blood withdrawal or refreshing their skills. 6 hours total, 3 hours of theory and 3 hours of clinical Class will consist of theory instruction, demonstration of blood withdrawal techniques and supplies, Practice peripheral venipuncture techniques on mannequins.. RN's and RN students will also practice blood draw from PICC, tunneled CVC and port. 3 peripheral venipunctures on fellow students is required. *Completion certificate awarded to all students from Nursing Transitions. Cost is $125. Group discounts for 3 or more. A deposit of $50 with registration form is required to reserve your seat. $75 is paid at class (cash or money order except for corporate accounts). The deposit is fully refundable or transferable up to 14 days prior to class, after that deposit may only be transferred to another class minus a $25 transfer fee. Limited class size - Register now!
