DEPOSIT INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of $50 is required to reserve your class. The remainder of the class fee is due at the clinical class. The deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before class, after that it can only be transferred to another class if you withdraw. There is a $25 transfer fee for cancellations/transfers with less than 14 days notice. EXCEPTION- If you enroll 14 days or less from the clas date, you have 24 hours from receipt of the study material to notify us to receive a complete refund.
